In 2021, Fresh Kitchen turned to PAR Technology to deploy a configurable<\/span>
point-of-sale system that could accommodate both cloud-based and on-<\/span>
premises ordering\u2014and enable customers to complete their orders in under<\/span>
60 seconds.<\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

Part of the Ciccio Restaurant Group, Fresh Kitchen is a modern, fast-casual<\/span>
dining concept offering premium gluten-free, non-dairy, vegan-friendly<\/span>
bowls and homemade sauces, as well as pressed juices, homemade<\/span>
teas, and agua frescas without added refined sugars. With 12 locations<\/span>
throughout the Tampa, Orlando, and South Florida markets, Fresh Kitchen<\/span>

According to Daniel Meretsky, Vice President and Head of Technology, Fresh<\/span>
Kitchen \u201cwanted to have the ability to have a Near Field Communication<\/span>
(NFC) payment option that allows PARPay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and<\/span>
other payment opportunities, but wouldn\u2019t lock them in to any single card<\/span>
processor.\u201d Additionally, they wanted a point-of-sale system that could be<\/span>
deployed quickly, at scale, without compromising quality.<\/span><\/p>


\u201cWe wanted to ensure that the system was always on the forefront of<\/span>
integrations with loyalty solutions and third parties,\u201d said Meretsky. \u201cOne<\/span>
that offered multiple levels of team members\u2019 security and has a very<\/span>
stable platform. We did an RFP with several companies and PAR came<\/span>
out to be the one that met all the requirements that we wanted. When we<\/span>
showcased it to a few of our other C-suite executives they really enjoyed the<\/span>
PAR<\/span> Brink POS<\/span> \u00ae<\/span> experience.<\/span><\/p>
