        The provisions below supplement the information provided in the generally applicable portion of our Privacy Policy<\/a> and apply where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth of Australia) applies, which includes where Task and Plexure provides Products and Services. To the extent that there is a conflict between the provisions of this section and the provisions of the main body of the Privacy Policy, the provisions of this section shall prevail.
